if the seeker gets too close, you'll want to stun, but from there on out it's generally just being good at parkour to stay ahead of the guy chasing you. the second you see a seeker moving towards you, you'll probably want to start running since heartbeat will immediately give you away. generally you'll want to camp out somewhere on the higher floors of the map, since chasing you is much harder on the thin floors of the upper layers than the open flat areas of the ground. Obviously there's no way to keep this up forever, and eventually a few hiders will die and you'll pretty much be forced to start hiding. also, if you see them start attacking a hider, jump down, stun and run away to save your teammate, since if you let them die that's another seeker chasing you later down the line. once you're in the clear and your stun comes back, you can start following them again. if they find where you are you can stun and run, generally one seeker won't be able to catch up to you. If you stand near a seeker (but obviously hide behind or around something) and follow them around the map, it'll constantly show a heartbeat on their screen, which throws of 99% of seekers. It gets really hard to survive when there's 9+ seekers on the map looking for you, so generally i spend most of my time playing super aggressive on seekers to stop them from killing other props and getting more seekers on the ground.
